The design of classic quarter of inner-city development, protecting residents from annoying vicinity of busy streets and giving proper for man’s needs hierarchical organization of space.
The inner green courtyard is acoustically insulated by surrounding buildings. To eliminate the adverse impact of cars, parking spaces located on the site were covered with transparent, planted with green pergolas.
The facades, despite use of only one color, thanks to the clear tectonics of the block create dynamic drawing of lights and shadows.
