Kustronia Office Park

A complex of three office buildings located on a plot adjacent to the round square, which is the central point of the new urban assumption of Rzeszow.

The most important challenge of this design was to create functional, commercial office buildings on a plot in the shape of clipping of a wheel, which, with its cubature would not dominate the building of the District court located beside.

Designed blocks, due to bending facades are optically reduced, and their narrow, top walls form characteristic pylons on the edge of the square, referring with their form to the column portico of the Court.

Between the buildings inner streets were created, with proportions known from medieval towns, providing access to daylight to central, fully glazed parts of office buildings.

It has been necessary to optically reduce the square, which is too large and in public perception will always give deserted impression.
