Maciej Łobos at Polish Architect’s Association with his lecture on financial sides of working in architect’s profession

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss business valuation principles of engineering, as well as investment budgeting technique, customer-architect-contractor relationships, to familiarize architects with developer’s point of view and rules of work on the labor market.

Maciej Łobos talked about how capital budget looks like (residential, clerical, hotel) and how much does developer earn on it for real, how does the project valuation look like in USA, Europe, Warsaw as well as how Rzeszow places on this basis and why everyone is about to lose on a trade war.

There was also discussed the Prisoner’s dilemma and all the experiences from recent twenty years on the market.
