Adela Koszuta-Szylar

She has been associated with MWM since 2006, where she initially worked as an architect, combining office work with an assistant function at the Faculty of Architecture of Rzeszow University of Technology. Thanks to her exceptional talent and commitment, she quickly became the manager responsible for managing large and complex projects such as Rzeszów Shopping Mall (Galeria Rzeszów), Sanowa Shopping Mall (Galeria Sanowa) or Shopping Center Ikea lublin.

Associate and Director of Architecture since 2015, Senior Partner at MWM since 2019.

Adela has extensive experience in all sectors of the market, with particular reference to commercial and residential projects. She is responsible for coordinating work of particular designing teams, conceptual projects and quality control of documentation. Thorough knowledge of legal issues and design experience make Adela a highly regarded expert responsible for strategic consulting and analysis which are critical  for safety of designed investments.
